Sofie, where do you live?

Although I will be Kempen-forever, I currently live in Antwerp. Even more precisely, I live just around the corner of our Brandhome headquarters, so I really don’t have any excuse to be late.

What’s your greatest passion?

Watches all the way. I admit I’m a bit of an addict. I love collecting and expanding my collection, recently I started a course to become a watchmaker myself.

What did you study and how was your student life?

Not really a good student so it took me some time to finish. I started off studying advertising but changed my mind. In the end I chose to study strategic communication at the university of Antwerp. How I was as a student? I think I still am somewhat of a student.

What makes you a real Brandhomie?

I’m a little bit crazy like everyone else here.

Friends. Drinks. Fun.

How would you describe Brandhome in three words?

Fast. Orange. Diverse.

Describe a silly/ odd/ strange habit of you?

I have got some bolts and a metal plate inside of me.

If you could be an animal for one day, what would it be?

Definitely a dog. But one that’s got a nice home, where you can be lazy all day, go out only if you want to, have a nice spot in front of the stove…

What was the last gift you gave someone?

I gave my roomie a book about feminism. As smart as I am, it’s the ultimate gift cause I would like to read it myself.

What are your hobbies? What do you do in your spare time?

Everything that doesn’t involve being at home. But a select few of my diversions are going out for a drink, participating in quizzes and I love volunteering and being involved.
