After previous visits (2015, 2016, …) the Brandhome team is invited again to teach at the best advertising school in the world: Miami Ad School (US).
Our specialty is letting students experience the importance of solid strategies, big ideas and good execution in different markets.

To this end, we developed some creative briefings, focusing on mainly Belgian and other international cases: the creative try-outs. By coaching them and sharing insights along with seasoned tips and tricks, we offer students an unforgettable experience of what it’s like to work in a real-life creative environment for (international) clients.

A diverse team with different specializations to assist the students to the fullest.


Erik Saelens

Founder & executive strategic director

Consultant and interim manager Erik Saelens has over 20 years experience in brand marketing and communications. He is the founder of Brandhome, where he is currently executive strategic director. Erik specializes in rebranding and renaming, having researched more than 250 brand-change operations worldwide. He is also an expert in brand management, M&A and IPO strategies.


Frieke Trompet

Strategy manager

Frieke is a young, driven person with a down-to-earth state of mind. She has a degree in Communication Sciences, a Master in Business Communication and did a postgraduate at the Belgium Advertising School. While she was studying, she also went abroad on an Erasmus exchange program at the University of Bologna.


Niels Linhart

Creative director

Niels, art director and in-house visual artist at Brandhome, is a 26-year-old creative soul. He graduated in English literature at Universiteit Antwerpen. After that he chose the artistic path and got his master’s degree in Graphic Design at Sint-Lucas College of Art and Design Antwerp.
