Bring in the weirdo
10 questions to Kevin
What did you study?
I studied graphic design at Sint Lucas Antwerpen. I spent most of my days there as a weirdo with provocative ideas and concepts.
What makes you a real Brandhomie?
Judging by my beard, expression, attitude and size of my feet, I’m probably the living version of the Brandgnomie.
Kevin, describe your creative way of working in three words.
Tongue in cheek?
If you were born in history, in which era would it be and why?
I’d probably be some kind of theatrical dandy living a life full of debauchery and shenanigans in the Victorian Age.
If you would be a phantasy figure, which one would it be?
Probably a Gremlin.
How would your ideal day look like?
On an ideal work day I’d be working with a good team on a nearly impossible challenge. So if satanism ever needs to be advertised in the Vatican, count me in.
Kevin, what was the craziest thing you ever did?
I once tattooed a sketch of my cat’s silly face on my leg in 47 seconds for a school assignment.
Is there a nice fact we need to know about you?
I have a passion for spicy food which can be qualified as suicidal behaviour. I’m always open to suggestions, recipes or challenges.
Why did you chose to be a creative designer? And why not being a nurse?
I decided to become a creative designer to give shape tot the weird and wacky thoughts that frequently popped up in my head. The ideas and concepts are my passion, not just the design. (Just kidding, nurse outfits don’t fit my mostly black on black on black on black color palette).
How would your family and friends describe you?
As a weird, creative, provocative and silly nerd.
